Dear Everyone,

        What a wonderful ten years it has been.  We have decided that we've met our goals and it is time to explore some exciting new possibilities.  We are closing the auction and real estate business with a sense of gratitude to every single buyer and seller we've served.  It has been our privilege to help you.
        We also feel extremely fortunate to have worked with so many cooperating real estate brokers.  This area is blessed with professional brokers, agents and auctioneers that are kind and hardworking and we thank each of you for sharing in our success.
        To each person who held up a bid number, thank you.  To anyone who called to buy, sell or view the smallest auction item or the largest house we had for sale, thank you.  To all the Alma, Nelson, Buffalo City, Cochrane, Fountain City, etc. city employees who answered questions, read water meters, provided signs, or clarified boundary lines, thank you.  To everyone at the courthouse, you could not have been more helpful.  To the banks and title companies, you made it all work.
          We have been truly blessed, and we know it and appreciate it.
